How to Make Gorgonzola Sauce
Enough for two people with Potato Gnocchi or 250g pasta
Ingredients:
100ml milk
2Tbsp butter 50g Gorgonzola 1Tbsp grated parmesan Additional stuff: A glass of red wine Bread or soft rolls to mop up the sauce |
Instructions
Get all your butter and cheese together in a bowl. If serving with Potato Gnocchi, get your water boiling ready to dump it in as will only take minutes. Warm the milk then dump in the bowl of butter and cheese and melt together then reduce the heat and keep it just below a simmer, it may seem a little runny but don't worry it will thicken nicely when the Potato Gnocchi is dropped in. When the Potato Gnocchi or pasta is ready, season the sauce with a little salt and pepper then dump the Potato Gnocchi in as it's ready i.e. when it's floating or drain your normal pasta and drop it in the sauce. When all the Potato Gnocchi or pasta is in the sauce, mix it well then pour onto a plate and enjoy the outrageous flavour.
