Liqueurs

The liqueurs we make require very little equipment. Basically a 5ltr demi-john, a funnel, some filtering equipment and a nice bottle to store it in. The ingredients are mostly seasonal with the addition of pure alcohol or vodka and some sugar. Most of the time they sit in a jar getting better and better until we remember to filter them and then drink.
